Bakery Assistant Manager - Initial hours will be a minimum 25 hours moving to full time
We are looking for a bakery assistant manager to join our bakery team and work alongside our current manager.
Their role will be to assist the manager in delivering the bakery production of our homemade pies & pastries for our shop and street deli delivery vans.
Experience in managing/ supervising in a bakery or food production environment is essential.
This position is working in a fast-paced environment and is often physically demanding.
We would like a proactive individual with a positive mindset.
Pay – negotiable depending on experienced
We would like a positive individual who is a fast learner and has a strong work ethic.
They must be able to demonstrate high standards of customer’s service and be able to work well in a team as well as independently in a fast paced environment.
Must have 2 years experience working in a Butchers/Deli/Food environment and understand HACCP Recording. A current Food Health & Hygiene level 2 certificate is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
Must be flexible to different working patterns with some 6:00am starts.
